Embroidery Trademark Production Process

Embroidery Trademark Production Process

Embroidered trademarks are widely used in various casual wear, hats, etc., and are one of the most produced trademarks.

The production of embroidery logo can be customized according to the sample or according to the drawing. Mainly through the scanning, drawing (if the customization is based on the draft of the two steps that is omitted), typing, electric embroidery, glue (mainly soft glue, hard glue, self-adhesive glue), cutting edge, burning edge (wrapping edge), quality inspection, packaging and other procedures. So what is the specific process of embroidery trademark production?

Embroidery Trademark Production Process1

1、First of all, the design is based on the sample, customer’s idea, etc. For embroidery reproduction, the first draft need not be as correct as the finished product. We just need to know the idea or sketch, the color and the necessary size. We say “re-drawing” because what may be drawn does not need to be embroidered. But we need someone with some embroidery skills to do the reproduction work.

2.After the customer confirms the design and colors, the design is enlarged into a technical drawing 6 times larger, and from this enlarged drawing, the version for guiding the embroidery machine is typed. The place-setter should have the skills of an artist and a graphic artist. The stitch pattern on the chart suggests the type and color of thread used, while taking into account some requirements made by the patternmaker.

3.Secondly, the patternmaker uses a special machine or computer to make the pattern plates. From paper tapes to discs, in today’s world, all kinds of typographic tapes can be easily converted to any other format, no matter what format it was before. At this stage, the human factor is important and only those highly skilled and experienced typesetters can act as logo designers. One can validate the typographic tape by various means, for example, on a shuttle machine with a proof machine that makes samples, which allows the typographer to keep watching the condition of the embroidery being embroidered. When using a computer, samples are made only when the pattern tape is actually tested and cut on the prototype machine.

In short, an embroidered logo is a logo or design that is embroidered on fabric by computer through an embroidery machine, etc., and then a series of cuts and modifications, etc., are made to that fabric to finally make an embroidered logo with embroidery together.
